Monitor and update the annual Master Technology Plan.
Background: The district moved to a 1:1 device deployment this school year with the purchase of chromebooks for the high school students. Older units were moved to the lower grade levels to supplement their needs.

Summary: The chromebooks being purchased are to supplement the need for additional devices to ensure all students will have access to chromebooks at all times. Currently stock is low if there are a lot out for repair. These new units will replenish our hot spares available for students. The total purchase price of the units $47,600.
Funding: The total cost of $47,600 will be from the contingency allocation for the 2020-2021 School Year.
