Subject: Approval of Bids for 2020 Facility Improvements: Flooring Work at three (3) buildings
Vision 2022:
Financial & Facilities Management
Continue to work to address projects identified in the Facilities Master Plan, through the dedicated budget allocation for capital facility projects per Board policies.
Policy:
Background: The administration prioritized three (3) flooring replacement projects to be completed this summer to replace old VCT flooring. These projects are included in the capital plan and were reviewed and recommended by the Board Facilities Committee prior to bidding. Bids were structured to include a base bid and several alternates, which would allow us to replace older VCT flooring, and to stay within our annual budget allotment for 2020 capital facility projects.

Funding: O & M Capital Renewal Fund and Capital Projects Fund
