Financial & Facilities Management
Continue to ensure a balanced budget that builds and maintains a fund balance that meets Board policy.
Policy: 4.60 - Purchases
Background: Xerographic bond paper is used throughout the district for both copy machines and computer printers. We estimate our annual usage to be approximately 4,500 cases. Paper is purchased as needed and delivered to each district location. In July 2018, the Board approved a bid from Veritiv Operating Company for xerographic bond paper, for the amount of $29.50 per case, and this contract expired on June 30, 2019.
