Background: According to Board Policy 8.80, the Board, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, must accept all gifts individuals or organizations contribute to the District.

Summary: Lincoln School PTA has purchased the following items and donated them for the benefit of the students and staff of the school:

Books (LLC, Birthday, Classrooms)
Sporting Equipment (goals, ball locker, balls, javelin set, gaga ball)
Miscellaneous Supplies (stickers, office, frames, laundry carts)
TV's and Carts
I-pad covers and magazine racks

Total: $6,266.00

By donating these items, Lincoln PTA transfers ownership of the items and relinquishes to District 200 the responsibility for maintenance, repair, insurance and any liability incurred in the use of the items donated.
